Working process:

The automatic peeling method for composite plates efficiently enhances the separation of metal plates from a core plate through a series of well-coordinated processes.

Initially, the composite board is fed along the designated direction and then extruded through specially designed press rollers featuring surface protrusions.

This step forms inward recesses on both sides of the composite board, increasing the contact area between the metal and core plates.

Simultaneously, both sides of the extruded composite sheet are sprayed and heated, leveraging the differing thermal expansion coefficients of the materials involved.

As the metal and core plates expand, they naturally detach from each other, facilitated by the pits formed during the roller pressing.

This method not only improves the efficiency of the peeling process but also augments the overall surface area, further optimizing the separation dynamics for composite materials.
