Separation Process :
Firstly, feeding. The aluminum plastic composite panel is fed along the feeding direction.
Secondly, squeezing. The aluminium plastic panel is extruded by means of a pressure roller having a raised surface, so that inwardly facing depressions are formed on both sides of the aluminium plastic panel.
Thirdly, heating and separating. Synchronized spraying and heating of the two sides of the extruded composite plate, so that the metal plates on both sides are automatically separated from the intermediate core plate.
