The working principle of the metal color sorter:

The system determines whether the material meets the sorting requirements based on preset parameters such as the color range of the target metal, gloss threshold.
l Sorting execution
The metals that meet the requirements are sorted to the target area by means of air flow nozzles or robotic arms.
Non-compliant materials continue to be conveyed to other processing stages.
