How to recycle motor stator

In the process of dismantling copper wires from stators, the procedure varies depending on the size of the stator.

For small stators, the stator is securely placed in a cutter, where one side of the copper wire is cut. Subsequently, a grabber tool is employed to effectively extract all the copper wires from the opposite side.

In contrast, for larger stators, the initial step remains the same—cutting one side of the copper wire while the stator is in the cutter. However, after this, the stator is transferred to a lifting table, and hydraulic pliers are utilized to pull out all the copper wires, ensuring an efficient and thorough extraction process. This method optimizes the extraction of copper wires, adapting to the specific requirements of different stator sizes.
