Introduction:
The scrap insulating glass rubber strip separator equipment is designed to efficiently separate glass, aluminum, and rubber from scrap insulating glass materials.
How to work:
The process begins with the aluminum insulation strip being fed into the glass remover via a belt conveyor. Inside the machine, a rotating and beating mechanism removes any remaining glass from the aluminum strip. Once cleaned, the aluminum strips are directed through another belt conveyor to a crusher, where they are pulverized into a mixture of aluminum and rubber. A vibrating screen then sorts the materials, allowing for the separation of glass and aluminum strips. Finally, an eddy current separator employs a high-speed rotating alternating magnetic field to effectively repel the aluminum from the rubber, completing the separation process. This equipment not only enhances recycling efficiency but also maximizes the recovery of valuable materials.
