How is recycling process going?
workers begin by placing scrap water tankradiators (ACRs) onto a conveyor belt, initiating the operation.
The radiators undergo rough crushing followed by fine crushing, breaking them down into pieces measuring 3-5 cm.
Following this, a magnetic separation process effectively removes any iron contaminants from the mixture.
Finally, a gravity separator is employed to recover the aluminum and copper based on their density, utilizing vibrational principles to ensure effective separation.
This systematic approach maximizes recovery rates and enhances the efficiency of recycling valuable metals from scrap materials.
